Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival is excited to announce the winner of our 42^nd annual Souvenir Button design contest.  Over 30 excellent and creative entries were received to illustrate this year’s Festival theme, “Fun in the Sun!”  .

The winning design was submitted by Jimmie Trotter, III.  Mr. Trotter is a student at Anthis Career Center.  Karen Gillie, the instructor for the Entrepreneurship and Graphic Design class encouraged all students to compete in the design contest.  Students researched previous button designs and considered this year’s theme, as they prepared submissions.
